Our Policies
Cancellations
We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
No Shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Product Return Policy
Unopened retail products may be returned within 10 days for a full refund.
Opened products, hot tools, and shower filters may also be returned within 10 days for retail credit only.
Hair pieces, wigs, and Halos may be returned unworn, and in their original packaging within 10 days for retail credit only. (Retail credit is not valid toward services or gratuities.)
Brushes, combs, and picks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
