BCS RETURN POLICY 2025
We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
Unopened retail products may be returned within 10 days for a full refund. Opened products, hot tools, and shower filters may also be returned within 10 days, but will be eligible for retail credit only (not valid toward services or gratuities). Brushes, combs, and picks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
