Hi! I’m Kya, the Front Desk Lead. I’m here to make sure that every part of your visit runs smoothly, from check-ins, checkouts, and scheduling to connecting you with your stylist and keeping communication seamless. I help ensure you’re comfortable throughout your time in the salon—whether that means offering refreshments, sharing the Wi-Fi, answering questions, or assisting with anything you may need. My goal is to make you feel welcomed, cared for, and confident from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.

When I’m not in the salon, I love spending time with friends and family. I’m a proud IU alum with a background in TV and film production, and I enjoy creating videos and exploring different creative outlets whenever I can. That creative mindset carries into everything I do, from connecting with clients to helping create a welcoming, positive salon experience.
